Got catfished again looking at a house last week (the backyard was NOT dug up like that in the photos online) and there were a bunch of really badly done things inside the house where someone tried to flip it I guess. 

I think this is the last one I'm going to have asked to look at in this state bc it just doesn't seem worth it to live here now. The one town I kept looking in, it wasn't like my dream in life to move there it was just the most practical spot to look in. I got asked a couple times before going to this one if I was sure I'd want to buy another house now since I hate my job, but I have to work no matter what and I don't want to keep renting someone's guest room. I just want to live in a safe area and have a different job. I don't think I can physically keep doing 12 hour shifts, I'm not sleeping good at all and when I'm off I'm oversleeping (12-16 hrs...) or not able to fall asleep when I'm supposed to, which is different than when I'm working the next day, where my problem is typically that I can fall asleep but I wake up after 2-3 hours and can't get back to sleep. 12 hr shifts were appealing since I can get all my hours in out of the way and in theory, drive less during the entire week and save a bit on gas, then if I get asked to do overtime and end up working 5 days a week like a normal person, at least my check has more money on it.

I looked it up and its less than four hours from Las Vegas to L.A. and I need to do more research if it would be possible for me to find a job where I could live somewhere between those two places.

Instead of putting tile up they just slapped stickers on the wall...

there's a lot going on here and it might not show but the attic door has tape around it which was....painted over so who knows what the heck is going on up there.
