Got catfished again looking at a house last week (the backyard was NOT dug up like that in the photos online) and there were a bunch of really badly done things inside the house where someone tried to flip it I guess. I think this is the last one I'm going to have asked to look at in this state bc it just doesn't seem worth it to live here now. The one town I kept looking in, it wasn't like my dream in life to move there it was just the most practical spot to look in. I got asked a couple times before going to this one if I was sure I'd want to buy another house now since I hate my job, but I have to work no matter what and I don't want to keep renting someone's guest room. I just want to live in a safe area and have a different job. I don't think I can physically keep doing 12 hour shifts, I'm not sleeping good at all and when I'm off I'm oversleeping (12-16 hrs...) or not able to fall asleep when I'm supposed to, which is different than ...

Thinking of positive things I like here since I'm feeling stuck. I like the sunroom. I don't spend a lot of time here since the heat doesn't work in this part of the house...I like sitting in here in the morning before sunrise and how the room gradually gets lighter. I keep the blinds closed bc there's neighbors on two sides but whatever. It has a 90's feel to it, idk. The cat stuff will probably go back in the living room once the xmas tree gets packed away. I don't know if I can mess with the settings somehow and get more true-to-life lighting on pictures. The room isn't really glowing that pink. Also grass and trees show up VERY bright green. I've seen people complain that some purples don't show up as vibrant on phone cameras so that's weird too. I've been reading and doing whatever out in the living room while they have the xmas lights still up. Been watching X-files and that Freddy Krueger show from the 80's. I guess I don't r...

I really want to take a day trip but I can't because of this schedule. This is a bar in Cove Haven (from the merchmotel IG, not my pic). From the website, not my pics There's this really neat vintage motel that is on the way to my relative's in WV but it's not that far into the drive so I've never stayed there. I really want to now since it's still open and so many things have closed in the last few years... It does get to me that I have 2 3-day weekends off a month and I can't do anything. I can't seem to flip my sleep schedule around on a days notice any more either, so I would have 2 days off in theory on "daylight hours". I'm taking less unisom but I want to not have to feel like I need a downer to sleep and caffeine or something when I wake up. I don't want to work five days a weeks and spend extra time driving but it might be healthier, idk. I'm staying away from energy drinks. Had two days off, then I work two days starting t...
